Our common areas include the dining area, the parlor, a library, a screened in porch and three decks. You are encouraged to use these areas as though they were your own. A cold winter night is a great time to pull a chair near the fireplace and immerse yourself in a book from the library. For those of you with musical talents, the piano, organ, violin, or any of our dozens of instruments are available so that you may share your talents with us. (We keep the accordion hidden unless we are very confident that you won’t scare off the rest of our guests.) If you carry your own instrument, we certainly would not object if you bring it with and serenade us a bit.
